Ingredients:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 cups chicken broth
2 cups chopped carrots
2 cups chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
8 ounces egg noodles
Instructions:
1. Add chicken breasts, chicken broth, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, thyme, rosemary, parsley, salt, and pepper to the crockpot.
2. Cover and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours or high heat for 3-4 hours.
3. Remove chicken breasts from the crockpot and shred them with two forks.
4. Return shredded chicken to the crockpot and stir.
5. Add egg noodles to the crockpot and cook on high heat for an additional 20-30 minutes or until noodles are cooked.
6. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
7. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Chicken Noodle Soup!
Note: You can also add other vegetables or seasonings of your choice to customize the soup to your liking.
